Alison Malone

Office Manager

Beginning her career at The Exact Group as production administrator in July 2018, Alison was promoted to senior administrator in July 2021, before her most recent promotion to office manager in January 2022.

With previous experience in administrative, customer facing and managerial roles, Alison brings a wealth of knowledge with her to the role. She is responsible for the daily running of the office and looks after direct customer engagement for new and existing customers, ensuring all queries are handled in an efficient and timely manner. Alison also supports the wider team in meeting customer deadlines, whilst ensuring any customer requests or changes are communicated to the team internally.

From Rathfriland in County Down, Alison likes to spend her free time travelling with her husband, Steve, and following Gaelic football.
