Stephen Cromie

Owner and Founder

Stephen with his wife, Marie, founded the company in 2007. Stephen has directed the company and set it on a path of growth and sustainability, operating across a number of sectors. He has continually invested in the organisation with any monies reinvested in to the business as a matter of course.

Having left school at the age of 15, Stephen gained all his experience on the shop floor, learning his craft at every level throughout the many businesses he set up or acquired. He understands the critical role of having a good senior management team, an engaged workforce who all have similar values that can help drive the business forward. This is evidenced in the many sectors the company works in and the many accreditations and awards the company holds. Any spare time Stephen has, he spends with his wife and two daughters.
