We are Recruiting – Surface Prep/Finishing Technician

The Exact Group operates from a 72,000 sq. ft modern facility on the outskirts of Newry, County Down. Operating in two distinct areas, Composites and CNC, the company offers a range of high-quality services, primarily providing a Rapid Response (Speed Shop) service to a range of industries.

Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting a Surface Prep/Finishing Technician to join our growing and experienced team.

The Role:

• Preparation and rub down of both composite and aluminium parts for the aerospace industry
• Shot blasting and polishing of components
• Filling/polishing repairs on metal and composite components
• Keep a clean and organised work area

The Candidate

• Full training will be provided for this role although experience of prep work and/or spray painting would be an advantage
• Can work in a fast paced environment, take direction from supervisors and also work on own initiative
• Excellent attention to detail and organised approach to work
