NEWRY-based company, The Exact Group, has been awarded Best Manufacturing and Engineering Business at the Greater Newry Business Awards, which took place on Friday 19^th September at the Canal Court Hotel & Spa.

Recognised for its expertise in precision engineering and advanced cosmetic coatings, The Exact Group stood out for its strong commitment to the local region while supporting global supply chains. Its proactive approach to innovation and work in high-growth sectors was also noted.

Founded in 2007, The Exact Group has grown from a small operation into a leading engineering firm, now based in a 72,000 sq. ft. facility at Craigmore Industrial Mill Estate, Newry. The company supplies high-precision components and coatings for global aerospace clients. Building on this, it has expanded in recent years into med-tech, space and renewables.
